The San Francisco Chocolate Factory has changed its name to Bridge Brands Chocolate™. To commemorate this important event--which coincides with their 9th anniversary--BB will launch a contest on January 18th in which entrants are required to write an essay describing how they have used chocolate to "bridge the gap" between relationships.
